Editorial Use Cases
Content Calendar
Build a live content calendar in Google Sheets showing all published and scheduled posts, their categories, authors, and publication dates. Your editorial team works in the Sheet, seeing exactly what’s live, what’s drafted, and what’s scheduled.
Content Audit
Sync all published posts to Sheets for a content audit. Add columns for SEO score, word count review, update needed, and redirects — your team fills these in while Pushrow keeps the post metadata current.
Multi-Author Tracking
On sites with multiple authors, use the author field in your Sheet to build per-author publication reports — who’s publishing most, what categories they cover, and publication frequency.
Custom Post Types
Pushrow also supports Custom Post Types and ACF fields — covered in a separate guide. If you’re running a portfolio, product catalog, or any other custom post type, Pushrow can sync those to Google Sheets too.
Pushrow for Google Sheets is included in the PluginStack bundle — 6 premium plugins for a one-time payment of $99 (Solo) or $179 (Agency). Lifetime updates included. No recurring fees.
