Quiz performance data is one of the most valuable metrics on an LMS platform. Knowing which students passed, which failed, and how many attempts they needed tells you a lot about both student performance and course quality. Tracking this in Google Sheets makes it easy to analyze and share.
Pushrow for Google Sheets syncs every LearnDash quiz result to Google Sheets the moment a student completes a quiz.

Analyzing Quiz Performance in Google Sheets
Once quiz results are in Google Sheets, you can:
- Calculate average scores per quiz using simple formulas
- Identify quizzes with high failure rates — a signal to improve course content
- Track individual student progress across multiple quizzes
- Build pass rate charts to share with instructors or stakeholders
- Flag students who have failed multiple attempts for instructor intervention
Combining With Enrollment Sync
Run LearnDash Quiz Results alongside LearnDash Enrollments as separate sync jobs. Use the student email as a common key in Google Sheets to build a full per-student view: when they enrolled, which quizzes they took, and how they performed.
Pushrow for Google Sheets is included in the PluginStack bundle — 6 premium plugins for a one-time payment of $99 (Solo) or $179 (Agency). Lifetime updates included. No recurring fees.
